Description

Join us for a free CRS certification course! The 8 hour credits are divided into two sessions:

  1. I Do Until, We Must Part The Assets: Navigating Divorcing Customers (4 Hours) This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to handle real estate transactions sensitively and effectively in these complex situations. Divorce can significantly impact housing needs, preferences, and financial conditions. As an agent, understanding these dynamics is crucial for providing exceptional service and support to your clients during a transformative phase in their lives.
  2. Negotiate the W: Techniques that Win Deals and Close Sales (4 Hours) Did you know negotiations start the moment you meet a customer and don’t stop until they close on their sale? Strong negotiation skills are paramount to success as an agent, especially in a shifting market. This course teaches the student best practice strategies and solutions to help their customer secure the winning position in a real estate transaction.
