This course is training for Board officers/directors, Professional Standards committee members, and other members who inspire a deeper look at the Code of Ethics and its enforcement. It satisfies the member COE training requirement for the current cycle.

Nicholas provides in-house legal counsel to the Association and its committees, provides risk management guidance to members through the Legal Hotline, and develops programs, services and tools that help members practice real estate in Oregon competently, lawfully and ethically.
