The Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) is a 3-hour mandatory class designed for licensed property managers and brokers as part of the 30 hours of continuing education required every two years for license renewal. This course ensures that Oregon real estate professionals remain up-to-date with the latest legislative and regulatory changes that affect their industry.

The curriculum is updated biennially to reflect changes implemented by the Oregon Legislature and the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
