All real estate licensees in Oregon must take the required 3 hour Law & Rule Required Course (LARRC) within each two-year renewal period.

Instructor: Richard Mario 

Richard Mario is Senior Counsel with a practice that includes real estate litigation and probate litigation. He has more than 40 years of experience handling all cases from simple to complex litigation with the focus on the clients’ needs.  Richard has a wide range of knowledge of the particular challenges faced by buyers, sellers, and brokers in the residential real estate industry.

As Senior Counsel, Richard consults with clients, adding value by bringing his knowledge and experience to the situation. He is also available to make client introductions to other Buckley Law attorneys and be an “ambassador” for the firm.

Richard teaches more than 80 classes a year to real estate agents, title insurance representatives, and other esteemed professionals.

Richard is a certified ski instructor. He provides private ski lessons. He and his family enjoy skiing, mountain bike riding, and camping.
