Financial due diligence, reserve studies and disclosure issues for realtors handling condominium and homeowners association transactions. The class will include a discussion of HOA and and Condominium specific disclosure issues including the townhouse/planned community addendum, the “condominium document contingency” in section 12.1 of the residential condominium real estate agreement. It will also include a discussion of reserve studies, assessing financial health of a community association and building envelope inspections.
