Jeff Wiren, Past President of Oregon Realtors will give ideas on how to negotiate a Buyer Representation Agreement, and discuss details of the proposed NAR settlement and the impact that will have on the industry.

Jeffry D Wiren – Bio

Jeff has had his real estate license since August 2004. He is the President & Managing Principal Broker with Premiere Property Group, LLC. Jeff served as President of Oregon Realtors® Association in 2022.. He served as a 2 term President for the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors in 2010 and 2011. He has also served as a State Director for the Oregon Association of Realtors, and as a Delegate to the National Association of Realtors.  Jeff was the Chairman of the Oregon Real Estate Forms Committee in 2015, and also the Chairman of the Oregon Realtors® forms taskforce in 2021 & 2022. Jeff also served as Chairman for the Regional Multiple Listing Service. He currently serves on the RMLS Board of Directors.  In addition, Jeff was honored to receive the 2016 Realtor of The Year Award from PMAR.  Jeff has extensive Management and Leadership experience in the real estate industry and is a consistent top producer in his company.

When not selling houses, Jeff enjoys spending time with his Wife and 3 children. He serves as the Advancement Chair for his youngest son’s Scouts BSA Troop.  Jeff also enjoys serving as the Volunteer Choir Director at his Church, and singing in a Tualatin based choir known as the Glory Singers.
