REALTOR Applicant

There are different levels of membership in our Association.

Primary REALTOR®: To become a REALTOR with Clatsop Association of REALTORS®, you must be an Oregon licensed broker working in a REALTOR® member office within Oregon. CAR will manage your local, state, and national dues and you will have exclusive member benefits.

Designated REALTOR® (DR): is a NAR term that describes the responsible member of the firm that is active with a REALTOR® association. Annually, it is required that the DR of each firm disclose the names of all licensees and officers in the corporation, LLC, or partners in a partnership who are affiliated with your license.

Secondary REALTOR®: To join as a secondary member of Clatsop REALTORS® Association you must be a member in good standing with your Primary REALTOR® Association

You can also apply for MLS access only

Clatsop Association of REALTORS® also offers access to the Clatsop MLS (CMLS) for an annual subscription fee of $540. If you would like to become a member of the CMLS you must have an active real estate license that is attached to the company that you are applying for membership with. You must already hold a REALTOR® membership at another association to qualify for MLS Only status. There is a one-time initiation fee of $2,000 for new companies not yet registered with CMLS.
