Affiliate Applicant
In real estate, an affiliate is a professional who supports the industry without holding a real estate license.
These individuals work in related fields such as mortgage lending, title insurance, home inspections, repairs, and other essential services that help facilitate real estate transactions. While they aren’t licensed to sell or lease property, affiliates play a vital role in the success of the industry. Like many real estate associations, we are offering affiliate memberships, providing valuable opportunities for networking, marketing, and collaboration with real estate professionals. It is our hope that these partnerships also open the door to referral and promotions for our local affiliated vendors.

Each membership with the Clatsop Association of REALTORS® is individual and non-transferable. This means that every person who wishes to access member benefits, attend member-only events, or represent themselves as a CAR affiliate must hold their own active membership.
Memberships cannot be shared among colleagues or within an office, regardless of brokerage affiliation or team structure.
